How long will my order take to arrive?

The Prithley Shipping Journey: A Curated Arrival
To bring you a collection focused on natural materials like Acacia, Bamboo, and Rattan, we source our pieces from a global network of specialized suppliers. This allows us to offer complimentary shipping on all US orders while ensuring each item is handled with care during its journey.

Your selection will typically arrive within 12–20 days. We will provide a tracking number as soon as your package is in transit so you can follow its progress to your home.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — currently all orders in US have complimentary shipping.

Can I change my order after I've placed it?

If you reach out within a few hours of placing your order at hello@prithley.com, we may be able to help before it enters processing. Once an order is being processed or has shipped, changes aren't possible — but if something's not right when it arrives, we'll take care of it.

My tracking hasn't updated in a while. Should I be worried?

Because our pieces travel across international borders to reach the US, they often move between large logistics hubs. During these transitions, the tracking status may not update daily. This is normal. Your "Estimated Arrival" window of 12–20 days already accounts for these quiet periods.

Payment & Security

How can I pay for my order?

We offer a secure and flexible checkout through our partner, PayPal. You can complete your purchase using your PayPal Balance or any major Credit/Debit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover).

Do I need a PayPal account to purchase?

No. When you reach the checkout, simply select the option to "Pay with Debit or Credit Card." This allows you to check out as a guest without creating or signing in to a PayPal account.

Is my payment secure?

Your security is our highest priority. Prithley never sees or stores your sensitive financial data. All payments are encrypted and processed through PayPal’s secure infrastructure, which meets the highest global standards for data protection (PCI DSS Level 1).

What will show on my bank statement?

For your convenience and record-keeping, all transactions will appear on your statement as PAYPAL * PRITHLEY or PRITHLEY.

About our Products

What materials are used in Prithley products?

Our collection is centered on high-quality natural materials, including Acacia, Black Walnut, Teak, and Bamboo. These materials are selected for their durability and timeless aesthetic to complement a curated home.

Will my product look exactly like the photos?

Because we use natural wood—such as Acacia and Walnut—each piece features unique variations in grain and color. No two items are identical, which means your selection will have its own distinct character. Bamboo products generally offer a more uniform appearance.

How should I care for wood and bamboo items?

To preserve the natural finish, we recommend hand-washing with warm soapy water and drying immediately. Avoid soaking or using a dishwasher. A light application of food-safe mineral oil once a month will keep wood items looking their best. Refer our Care Guide for more details.

Are your products safe for food?

Yes. Our kitchen essentials are made from materials traditionally used for food preparation, such as natural wood and bamboo. We recommend a gentle hand-wash before your first use.

Will you restock items that are sold out?

Usually, yes. You can sign up for restock notifications on the product page, and we'll let you know when it's available again.

Returns & Refunds

What's your return policy?

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, we'll make it right within 30 days of delivery — either with a replacement or a full refund.

We're not able to accept returns for change of mind because of how our fulfillment works, but we're always happy to answer questions before you order.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Just email hello@prithley.com within 30 days with a few photos. We'll send a replacement or refund you right away. In most cases, you can keep the damaged item.

How long do refunds take?

We process refunds within 5-10 business days. They'll go back to your original payment method.

Can I exchange an item?

We don't offer direct exchanges, but if something's wrong with your order, we'll refund you and you're welcome to place a new order for what you need.

Prithley comes from Prithvi — the Sanskrit word for Earth. It is the foundation for our collection. We believe in the timeless beauty of materials that come from the earth, and we curate our pieces to bring that grounded feeling into your home.

Our collection features pieces made from natural materials, including Acacia, Teak, Bamboo, Seagrass, and Rattan. We source our items from a global network of suppliers who specialize in these materials to bring a diverse, intentional selection to the US market.

Why natural materials?

We focus on natural materials because of their longevity and the way they age beautifully over time. By choosing materials like wood and woven fibers, we aim to provide home essentials that feel more connected to the natural world than mass-produced synthetics.

Do you have a physical store?

Not at the moment. We are online-only, which allows us to share our curated collection with homes across the entire United States.
